Oh man. I went to PAX East over Easter, and it was the catalyst for a huge push in motivation for me. The biggest reason I went was to go to Bioware's Portfolio Review, to get an idea of what I need to do to get hired as a concept artist. It was fantastic, in that they seemed to actually like my stuff, and also because I got all of my questions answered.
